Substitutions
- Pull-ups: Partial, Assisted, or Jumping Pull-ups or Body Rows
- Sit-ups: Crunches, Flutter Kicks, Leg Levers
- Push-ups: Dips, Knee Push-ups
- Squats: Squat Jumps, Half-Squats
