CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY FRENCH TOAST{lean version}

How awesome is this! Who knew you can still have yummy french toast for breakfast while trying to stay lean? Well *surprise* you can!! I made these for myself this morning and couldn't wait to share my recipe.



CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY FRENCH TOAST
Servings: 2

Ingredients
1/2 scoop Muscle Milk Chocolate Whey Protein
1/2 cup egg whites {5 egg whites}
1 TBS Torani sugar-free Vanilla syrup
4 slices of Sara Lee 100% Multi-Grain 45 Calories Delightful Bread

Directions
Mix the first 3 ingredients together in a blender. You'll want your mixture to be smooth, with no protein lumps in it. Dip all 4 pieces of bread into mixture till they are covered completely. Cook in frying pan over medium heat. Flip and cook on other side.

RASPBERRY TOPPING
Servings: 2

Ingredients
4 TBS Smuckers Sugar-Free Red Raspberry Perserves
2 tsp. Torani Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup

Directions
Mix ingredients together till blended well. Pour over french toast and enjoy. Half of this recipe will go over 2 pieces of french toast.
