1/2 scoop Dymatize Elite Gourmet Chocolate Whey Protein
1 TBS PB2
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1 sweet n' low packet
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 ice cubes
Directions
Mix all in a blender till smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 12 hours. Enjoy the yummy goodness!
