Peanut butter is a huge staple in my house. My kids eat it every day and we can go through a jar of peanut in one week...easily. But, dipping into the peanut butter jar is restricted on my diet. I mean, I can still have it, but 2 Tablespoons has a whopping 200 calories and 16g Fat. I'd rather save my calories and fats for quantity rather than quality. What I mean is, on my diet, I get hungry FAST. So, 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter just isn't going to cut it in my diet. I need FOOD! But, I miss my peanut butter.

That's when I came across
PB2 and it has totally saved me! It's real peanuts! Just in powdered form. What they do is slow roast their peanuts and then press them to remove fats and oils. What's left behind? Peanuts that are now in powdered form! Pretty cool, huh?
Once you mix your 2 Tablespoons of
PB2 with 1 Tablespoon of water, you've got your peanut butter back. It's creamy, smooth and just as delicious! But, with less calories and fats! Woo hoo!
